All ideas must be discussed beforehand, and a clear understanding of pricing and concept must be reached before payment will be processed.

The artist, Constella, reserves the right to veto any idea that is either too complicated or goes beyond what she is comfortable with.

Once an agreement is reached, payment is handled via Paypal Invoice up-front, which upon completion your name, idea, and commission type will be added to the queue. Work will begin on your commission as soon as your turn is up, and takes about 2-3 days to complete.

Should the commission take longer than expected, a new estimate will be provided.

After payment and adding to the queue, an estimate of when your work will be completed will be provided to you, subject to change as time goes on.

While your commission is being worked on, the artist will provide Work in Progress (WIP) images of your commission at the outline and colored phases, and progress will only continue once those WIPs have been approved, each.

Upon completion of your commission, the finished product will be provided to you via Dropbox link. This is a personal copy suitable for use anywhere you desire. If your commission is a static commission, a lower-resolution JPEG version can be provided for posting to social media.
